Runway Latinx, RLx (Your Fashion Week) is founded and produced by Arabel Alva Rosales, J.D., who was co-founder of Latino Fashion Week (LFW) for over thirteen years. RLx is a platform based in Chicago that offers three days of local and international designers on the runway and gives all those in the fashion and opportunity to express their creativity and expand their market - without limits. RLx also provides the incredible Experience of Gastronomy through featured top Chefs, Mixology, and entertainment.

Arabel Alva Rosales
Arabel Alva Rosales, JD, is CEO and president of AAR & Assocs., Ltd., boasts more than 10 years in the technology industry, with work in software and telecom. Runway Latinx (RLx) is founded and produced by Arabel Alva Rosales, J.D., who has been a co-founder of Latino Fashion Week (LFW) for the last twelve years. This year’s theme, The Phoenix, also exemplifies Arabel’s forward transformation with RLx, which will now be in place of the former LFW. Latinx is a term that is more inclusive and considered general neutral. She is also co-founder and principal of Latino Fashion Week and founder of non-profit, Pivoting in Heels NFP, a platform that believes “great leaders know how to pivot, and do it in heels” that provides educational and leadership development scholarships.
